Champions of the Cosmos is a retro sci-fi RTS inspired by 80's action figures, comics and movies. Play heroes with the power to reshape the landscape around them and other unique abilities to take over the cosmos and choose whichever side you sympathize with most - light or darkness. 

This strategy game was developed over the course of a single semester as part of my game development degree. The challenge was to design a strategy game that featured a unique twist or core mechanic.

Due to our small team size, I took on multiple roles, serving as Tech Lead, Game Designer, and Sound Designer. This project marked the first time I independently coded an entire game, choosing Unity 6 for its streamlined workflow and accessibility compared to other engines like Unreal.

Throughout the semester, I significantly expanded my technical and design skillset, gaining hands-on experience across multiple disciplines and seeing the game through from concept to completion.
